Shipping Information

Our Shipping Rates have changed as a result of Royal Mail's new Shipping Prices.

Prices are calculated automatically using Royal Mail's current pricing structure which can be found HERE

We use the UPS Expedited option for International Insured orders (please refer to this WEBSITE to see the full information of this service).  This is calculated on the size of your package (which is standardised as a small package up to the dimensions of 45x35x16cm) and the weight of the parcel.  This is the most expensive option, but it provides full door-to-door tracking and insurance to the full amount of your order and is delivered worldwide in 2-5 business days.

UK Shipping

You have a choice of using:

  1. First Class  (this does not include tracking or insurance)
  2. Second Class (this does not include tracking or insurance)
  3. Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm  (full tracking and insurance included)

A handling charge of £0.50 is added to each order shipped within the UK to cover packaging and handling costs (parcels are dropped at a local Post Office).

 

International Shipping

You have a choice of using:

  1. Royal Mail International Standard  (this includes no tracking or insurance)
  2. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed  (this includes tracking, insurance up to £50.00 and requires a signature on delivery).  Please note: this option cannot be used for delivery to PO Boxes or Pack Stations 

I am currently trying to source a new way of sending fully insured and tracked parcels Internationally and there is not an option for this at this time.

A handling charge of £1.50 is added to each International order to cover packing and handling costs for Royal Mail International Standard and International Tracked and Signed.  This rate is higher due to the requirement of dropping parcels to a Royal Mail customer service point located in a local town but requires travel and parking expenses.

 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING I CANNOT TRACK YOUR ORDER AT ALL ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED.
